Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after being placed.

After this period, your order will already be processed and shipped — cancellation is no longer possible.

Once the order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be stopped or refunded until the product is returned in accordance with the return policy below.
Return Policy
We accept returns only within 2 business days after delivery, under specific conditions.
To request a return:

Contact us by email at contact@seesepro.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Include your order number, photos of the received item, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the product back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Conditions:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for free return.

In case of a defective or damaged item, please provide clear photos as proof — our team will review and advise the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank to process the transaction.
Refunds are not issued for:
